| 02/02/2003 - During a software upgrade the main router for the shared internet connection experienced a hardware failure resulting in a complete loss of connection from about 7AM to 12PM. The connection was then sporadic for the rest of the day. Sorry for any inconvenience. |

Unfortunately, this new connection has an upload cap of 15 KB/sec, which means that the site will be a bit slower than normal. We are working hard to keep the site up, and this is the best available for the moment. |
